Dr. Ifeoma Deborah Obieri is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She graduated with an HND in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Oko in 2003 and a B.Sc. in Accounting from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in 2008. She earned her Master’s degree in Accounting in 2015 and completed a DBA in Business Administration with distinction in 2022. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Risk Management at Nnamdi Azikiwe University. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and the Chartered Institute of Forensics and Certified Fraud Investigators (CIFCFIN). She serves as the Anambra State Coordinator of the Society of Women in Taxation (SWIT) and Vice Chairperson of the Society of Women Accountants of Nigeria (SWAN), Anambra Chapter.

Dr. Obieri joined ICH-DIEN as an Audit Clerk in 2000, progressing to Partner and now Principal Partner of ICH-DIEN. Her expertise includes audits, tax consultancy, and resolving tax disputes for clients in sectors ranging from banking and insurance to multinational organizations. She is deeply involved in professional and community service, serving in leadership roles within Catholic Women Organization and the Knights of St. Mulumba. She is married to Chief Sir Kevin Obieri, and their marriage is blessed with three children.
