By 2000, our firm was formally registered with the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation, marking another milestone in our pursuit of delivering trusted accounting and financial solutions. In January 2001, recognizing the growing needs of our clients and the evolving financial landscape, we reorganized our practice into three distinct sections, expanding our services and refining our approach to meet new market demands. This transformation led to the establishment of ICH-DIEN: Tax, which was officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Abuja and licensed by the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) in December 2020.

Today, ICH-DIEN operates from its head office at ICH-DIEN House, 4 Hon. Chuba Oranusi Drive, Beverley Hills Estate, Trans Nkisi, GRA, Onitsha, Nigeria, with a branch office in the heart of Utako District, Abuja.
